With our in house design, pattern and mould making facilities we are able work with our customers to produce a smooth, clean line interior panel sets, in as many or as few parts as you require.
We pride ourselves on supplying a crevice-free, waterproof finish, which is robust and easy to keep clean. We can produce panels in various colours to suit your customer or in house design. Our panels are typically manufactured in Class I and Class II Fire retardant resin meeting passenger carrying vehicle specifications.
GRPlite produce a wide range of internal wear resistant medical vehicle panels for ambulance interiors and emergency medical vehicles. Examples of the medical vehicle parts we manufacture include: full floor to roof panels which can incorporate quarter panels and over door to make one piece smooth panels , also moulded roof panels and templated door panels. Windows can be supplied to suit the vehicles application.
Our light weight medical vehicle panels are aesthetically pleasing and easily fitted , lasting the life of the vehicle .
We can produce standard parts for various models of medical vehicles, but we are also able to provide more specialist light weight medical vehicle panels and ambulance interiors to meet special finishes to customers individual requirements.
In addition we manufacture external parts including light bars, light pods, extension pieces for specialist equipment and signage.
Our panels will withstand many years of hard wear & service, unlike alternative plastic materials which may crack and mark easily.
